3 Hole Washer Game Rules. The foul line is in the same line as the front of the board, in other words on the front edge of a pitching box. If a washer is knocked into the hole (by a member of either team), the point goes to the player who originally threw the washer.
A washer comes to rest on the playing surface. If any of the thrown washers happen to land on the top of any edge inside the washer toss game box, that player automatically wins the game. The scoring system for this game is quite simple.
Stand on leading edge (end rope is attached) of game board for tosses.
To decide the starting team, each player should toss one washer toward the opposite board. This is a singles and doubles event. Each team must play with the same set of washers for the entire game and same partner for every game. If a player steps on or crosses the foul line its consider being a foul shot and it’s worth zero points.
