Artist Bluff Trail Parking Lot. It was a nice cool down that was mostly flat. Make sure to take it slow.
Look for a dirt pull out on the right after the bridge; We parked across the street. It only requires a 1.5 mile loop hike to do both of the viewing areas, leaving plenty of time to do many of the other attractions in the area.
Do not park at trail head (no parking signs).
