I am not an expert and i have not had special training regarding this. Foods most often associated with allergies are cow’s milk (not recommended before 12 months), eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and seeds, wheat, fish, shellfish. Do not lumpy foods or finger foods to babies as small as six months. Once your baby is a pro at eating soft mashed foods, they may be ready to move on to finger foods around 8 months.
