I own sienna 1998 (vin wuo21575) and after front driver`s side cv axle and seal replacement transmission fluid is leaking from the place where axle goes into differential.

Without proper lubrication, a cv joint will not last long. Once moisture and dirt get into a cv joint axle and grease makes. One side of the axle gets power from the engine while the other delivers the power to the driven wheel. The seal is brand new as is the cv axle.
