Cv Joints Noise Landcruiser. Removing/replacing the cv (birfield) this pic shows the flat(s) on the cv that must be lined up top and bottom to remove/replace the joint. We replaced the pair of drive shafts on this vehicle.
The cv axle is a shaft that has two constant velocity joints at either end of it. The most common issue with a cv joint is a lack of lubrication, so it can cause a loud clicking noise when you’re making a turn. Fitted up a 3 inch roo exhaust system to a 200 series landcruiser!!!!!
