Free Spay And Neuter Vouchers For Dogs. Each household may obtain services for up to three dogs and three cats. Massachusetts residents who qualify can apply by contacting their local animal control officer.
Households can request up to 6 vouchers in one year for their dogs and cats. For dogs, our spay/neuter voucher program is open only to residents of centre county. They have vouchers for $20 off spay/neuter surgery for dogs, $25 off for female cats and $15 off for male cats.
