The five health related fitness components: Cardiorespiratory endurance = the ability of the heart, blood vessels and respiratory system to deliver oxygen to active muscles efficiently for an extended time. Health related fitness is to do with the efficiency of the human body whereas skill related fitness is related to playing sport. Flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and body composition.
