I Hate New Years Resolutioners. However, many people lose sight of their good intentions and fall back into old, unhealthy patterns. Everyone is happy except for the average, consistent gym goer.
Admittedly, it is annoying when the gym is packed, at any point during the year, now just new years. With the new years comes the idea of new year’s resolutions and with resolutions we see a broad spectrum of approaches. Some of these “resolutioners” are successful and form new habits.
If a healthier 2010 is what you want, keep that desire strong throughout the year.
They keep gyms open and affordable. The new crowd of people also annoys the old hardcore people who view the resolutioners as a temporary annoyance. This is the time of the year when new year’s resolutioners show up at the gym in a bid to improve their health or fitness.every single year, i hear so many regulars complain how the “newbies” are just taking up space and, “why are they even here if they will eventually stop. We can expect lots of ‘new years resolutioners’ talking about getting healthy and fit all across social media as well as in real life.
