I wasn't aware of any springs recommended for no lifts. Definitely try to read the shock thread, at least the later pages when the autocraft and icon suspension talk gets rolling. After years of testing and refinement the icon 2.5 stage 1 suspension lift for the superduty has gained the reputation as the best performing leveling kit on the market.

Previous suspension experience was with bilstein 5100s for about 50k miles, then fox 2.0 coilovers and shocks for about 30k miles, then came the icon setup. Even with the tires aired down, the stock suspension on my 2018 trd pro does ok, but not great and likes to swing the rear end out anytime i am above 15 to 20 mph. Or at least the 4″ one. Icon lift kits are available for a variety of applications, featuring improved valving for a smoother ride and better vehicle stability and handling.
