Yss provides a full array of foster care & adoption services through our valuable partnership with four oaks foster & adoptive family connections services and the department of human services (dhs). Instead, we help iowa families through the process of becoming foster or adoptive parents and provide families with support along the way. In partnership with the iowa department of human services (dhs), we help raise awareness for iowa children waiting to be adopted from foster care.

Membership with ifapa is free for iowa's foster, adoptive and kinship families.
