What i mean by this is why are there sets that only cap out at 4*s? A very good set to have in the early game for your main dps. Even if you want to farm artifacts early, i'd wait for wl3 since level 30 gets you access to the 4* sets at least (martial artist, berserker, and exile are all pretty nice).
