It was originally released in december 2015 at jam mart clothing. The new year's party hat is a clothing item worn on the head. Cool rares they offered,but they aren't worth the same as a rare new years party hat, i declined.

The main attraction was its shop that sold some items exclusive to the party; Rare party hats would normally be worth more than rare bow and arrows. During the event, it was possible to buy the hat One of the party hats (i donr know which one though,) is worth probably a freedom hat and another rare.
