For some reason, the icons on my desktop for some (but not all) of my pdf files keep changing, from the standard adobe icon to a preview icon that shows the first page of the document. However, within 1 second after boot is complete the icons turn black. The files no longer open with acrobat reader.they now open through the chrome browser. Pdf files, rather than the normal adobe pdf icon (like this one), have a white sheet with the red adobe reader square on it (like this one).
