Pdf Icon Image Not Showing. I just downloaded a pdf file that has images but they are not showing up (only a little red x) how do i get the proper picture so i can print it i have adobe reader x. Pictures not showing up on downloaded pdf.
Another fix has been to simply change the image’s size mode to stretch or clip and changing the picture type to linked. And then reinsert all your images, but this will still not help if you are working with bmp images, so you’d need to ensure they are of another image format first. And i can say the image name, width, height, etc.
I can open adobe reader from a desktop icon, taskbar, and through the start menu> all apps, but in all instances there is no 'actual' icon but what looks like a placeholder.
