School Health Programme Launched. The national curriculum framework 2005 for school education highlights the need for integrating adolescent reproductive and sexual health messages into school curriculum.based on this the national adolescence education programme of naco along with the ministry of human resources development is developed. The eat right school programme was launched in september, 2016 as safe and nutritious food (snf) at school programme, with the objective to create awareness about 'eating healthy', 'eating safe', and 'eating sustainably' among school children and through them in the community at large.

The school health programme (shp) was launched under ayushman bharat by prime minister narendra modi on april 14, 2018 in bijapur, chhattisgarh. In this scheme, two teachers preferably one male and one female will be appointed as health and wellness ambassadors who will be teaching the students about health promotion and disease prevention.

Punjab health minister dr yasmin rashid on friday launched chief minister’s school health and nutrition programme for the schoolchildren at the govt higher school jeevan gondal, sargodha. The free school lunches’ programme is one of 75 initiatives which form the new zealand’s child and youth wellbeing strategy which was launched today. The initiative is designed to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing amongst key stage 2 children in the school setting, and provide them with the skills, coping strategies and resilience to prevent poor mental health. Murad raas explained that under this programme, school students would be provided facilities including ent (eye, nose and throat) and other medical tests, while school health and nutrition supervisors would have key role in provision of health and hygiene facilities.
