Washer Yard Game Rules. The idea of the game is to toss your washers into your opponent’s pit, landing them in the center cup or the box. If a washer lands in any of the holes, that’s worth 3 points.
To start the game, position the washer pits at a distance of app. If a player or team goes over 21 points, they go back to 15. Teammates stand on opposite ends of the field, near their own boxes.
