This is a dll icon. If you browse for your own icons, you can select any exe, dll, or ico file. You would select one of them, ok, apply, ok.
Open c:\windows\system32 and locate the moricons.dll file.
If you are using a 64 bit operating system, copy the icons.dll file and paste it into the c:\windows\syswow64 as well. If there is more than one icon in the file, the path should be followed by a comma, and then the index of the icon. This list is for windows 7 but many of these dll files are also in windows xp. The icon will work for all icon sizes that are required on windows 10 however, the quality will depend on the original file that you uploaded.
