If using 91% isopropyl alcohol, mix 7 cups of alcohol with 3 cups of water.
2 ½ cups 91% isopropyl rubbing alcohol; Allowed covered paper towels or cloth wipes. You’ll also need some dish soap and some water. If you have alcohol on hand, 70% or 91% or even 99% rubbing alcohol will work best.
