Through our apprenticeship program, our apprentices gain the knife skills and life skills they need to launch meaningful careers, so they can move forward in life and make a positive impact on their communities. At this tastemaker event 30 local and national celebrity chefs and mixologists will be challenged to prepare dishes and cocktails using food that might otherwise be thrown away in their kitchen.
