Make sure that carplay is not restricted. Download and launch the app on your mobile device, then login using your owner centre username and password. I go to my watch and click on the app to start, it sits there and doesn't do anything. It seemed like everything was working after i updated the app but shortly after the watch app would just say to login on the phone and wouldn’t do anything.
